There is an old joke about guitar players that goes something like this…”How many guitarist does it take to screw in a light bulb?” The answer is 100. It takes one to actually screw it in and 99 to say “I could do that better.”
The goal of this blog is to talk about all things guitar without all the animosity. This blog will be a safe haven for guitarist to share their thoughts and ideas. Too many times I have come across a post by a brave you tuber or blogger, only to see the most negative comments posted. The Internet gives some people the courage to say stupid things they would never say in person.
Being a full time guitar teacher, I have a lot helpful lessons and tips. Beginners and even the most advanced players can always learn something new. I have been playing for over 20 years and I am constantly learning new things. That is the only way to improve and grow. Try learning the sponge method way. This means absorb everything.
I will try to publish at least one new blog per week. Each post will include a download or a link to something cool and guitar related. Posting helpful comments and links is encouraged. Let us become a community of guitarist instead of a bunch egotistical shredders.
